HARMONY - HARMONY ICE CREAM REFRIGERATED CABINETS

This range consists of two 750-litre capacity models, with a %u201325ºC to %u201315ºC temperature range and one door or two half doors.
Harmony Ice Cream was specifically designed for perfect ice cream storage.
It is designed to hold nine 530x720 mm ice cream trays, including five as standard, and can hold up to 54 small ice cream trays measuring 165x360x120h mm.

The Harmony range has been designed to knowingly bring together in one single project economy, efficiency and reliability. Harmony is characterized by its simple, square lines, its use of AISI 304 %u2013 18/10 stainless steel, its cells with rounded internal corners for easier cleaning, its strong adjustable feet, made from special crushproof plastic, its shelves plastic-coated with scratchproof material (supplied as standard), the ABS shelf supports designed for the fixture of specific guides for the sliding GN recipients and automatic condensation evaporation.
Thanks to the IESS system (ILSA ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM), new construction methods make energy savings of up to 25% possible with respect to the average standard.

The PATENTED monobloc refrigerating unit is characterized by the fact that all components are easy to inspect and are fastened to a single base which eliminates space taken up by the evaporator inside the cell, hence making the entire unit immediately interchangeable and replaceable, even when in use. This allows for fast maintenance and a consequent reduction in system management costs. Moreover, thanks to this system, cabinets can be converted from a positive temperature to a negative temperature and vice versa. On request, the models can be arranged for set-up remote from the refrigerating group.
